IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIRST JUDICIAL CIRCUIT JACKSON COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF TERRY AUSTIN, DECEASED No. 25-PR-64 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Terry Austin of Jackson County, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on October 7, 2025, to Thomas Tucker, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney is Edward J. Heller of Reed & Heller, LLC, 1100 Walnut Street, Murphysboro, Illinois 62966. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Court at Jackson County Courthouse, Murphysboro, Illinois, or with the representative, or both, on or before October 7,2026, and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed. Furthermore, the claimant shall file with the Court proof of any required mailing or delivery of copies. E-Filing is now mandatory for documents in civil cases with limited exemptions.
