PUBLIC NOTICE STATE OF ILLINOIS) ) SS COUNTY OF WILL) IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF: Claude Porter, Deceased. Case No. 26 PR 00170 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Claude Porter. Letters of Office were issued on April 17, 2026 to Earnestine Porter, 1403 Grommon Road, Naperville, IL 60564, whose attorney is Joshua B. Rosenzweig, 377 E. Butterfield Rd., Ste. 930, Lombard, IL 60148. Notice is hereby given to Beverly Smith and Claudette Harrell, and Unknown Heirs, who are heirs or legatees of the above proceeding. The estate will be administered without Court Supervision, unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Court Clerk. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at the Will County Courthouse, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, 60432, or with the representative, or both, on or before November 2, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a Claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
