PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS – IN PROBATE IN RE THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JOAN P. MOORE, DECEASED. Case No. 2026PR000125 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given to creditors of the death of Joan P. Moore. Letters of Office as Independent Representative were issued on March 12, 2026, to Daniel J. Moore, 1529 Eagle Vista Drive, New Lenox, Illinois 60451 and Ronald S. Moore, 5028 180th Street North, East Moline, Illinois 61244, whose attorney is Bradley S. McCann of KGG LLC, 111 North Ottawa Street, Joliet, Illinois 60432. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Will County Courthouse, 100 West Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois 60432, or with the Representative, or both, on or before September 17, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a Notice from the Representative is required by 755 ILCS 5/18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that Notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the Representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
