Claim Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the death of ELMER A. PRICE on January 24, 2026. Letters of office were issued to MICHAEL PRICE, whose address is 107 S. Grove Street, Oneida, IL 61467 as executor, whose attorney of record is MARK V. KELLY, P.O. Box 5, Alpha, IL, 61413-0005. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the clerk of said court, TERILYN A. MOTLEY, 307 W. Center, Cambridge, IL, 61238 or with the executor(s), or both, on or before October 9, 2026. Any claim not filed by that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered to the executor and to the attorney within ten days after it has been filed, and a proof of mailing should be filed with the clerk of said court. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under Section 5/28-4 of the Illinois Compiled Statues any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a Petition to Terminate to the clerk.
