No. 2026PR24 )WILL NOTICE AND CLAIM NOTICE – INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATIONNotice is given of the death of Bobbi Sue Thomsen. Letters of office were issued on February 20, 2026 to Richard E. Thomsen, 1210 11th Avenue, Orion, IL 61273, as independent representative whose attorneys are Mason and Scott, P.C., 3610 25th Street, Moline, Illinois 61265.Notice is given to: Unknown Heirs and Unknown Legatees and Unknown ClaimantsHeirs or legatees who are named in a petition filed in the above proceeding to probate a will and whose names or addresses are not stated in the petition to admit the will to probate, that an order was entered by the court on February 20, 2026 admitting the will to probate. Within 42 days after the effective date of the original order of admission you may file a petition with the court to require proof of the will by testimony of the witnesses to the will in open court or other evidence, as provided in Section 6-21 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/6-21).
