Jovel of Round Lake Beach, Illi- nois. Letters of office were issued on august 14, 2025, to Elmer A. Jovel, 870 E. Carriage Lane #4, Palatine, IL 60174, whose attorney is Stella Day, JTG, LLC, 350 N. Milwau- kee Ave., Ste. 202, Liber- tyville, IL 60048. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or with representa- tive, or both, on or before September 20, 2026, which date is not fess than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or deliv- ered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed. E-filing is now mandatory for documents in civil cases with limited exemp- tions.
