COOPER, DECEASED. CASE NO. 2026-PR-0000054 NOTICE OF CLAIM DATE NOTICE IS GIVEN OF the death of BETTY J. COOPER, of Pekin, Illinois, and that Letters of Office were issued March 19, 2026, to PEGGY AND JERRY ELDREDGE of 306 Cypress Street, Pekin, Illinois, as Co-Executors. Attorney for the Estate is JAMES D. BRADSHAW, 601 Margaret Street, Pekin, Illinois 61554. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the following persons who are believed to be heirs and are next of kin: STEVEN R. COOPER and PENNY A. SNIDER. NOTICE IS FURTHER HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to 755 ILCS 5/28-2, that granting of Independent Administration in this Estate by the Court, interested persons may petition to terminate the Independent Administration pursuant to 755 ILCS 5/28-4. Claims may be filed on or before the 26th day of September 2026, or six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, whichever is later, and any claim not filed within that period is barred as to the estate which is inventoried within that period. Claims against said estate may be filed on or before said date in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Tazewell County Courthouse, 342 Court Street, Pekin, Illinois 61554, or with the representatives, or both.
