PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WILL COUNTY ESTATE OF MARCIA J. NANIA, Deceased. No. 2026 PR 109 Notice is given of the death of Marcia J. Nania whose address was 21246 West Crimson Ct, Plainfield IL 60544. Letters of Office were issued on April 1, 2026 to Jonathan F. Nania, 4174 Grindstone Drive, Iowa City, IA 52240 as INDEPENDENT EXECUTOR whose attorney is Eileen R. Fitzgerald, 1561 Warren Avenue, Downers Grove, IL 60515. The estate will be administered without Court Supervision unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Court Clerk. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of ANDREA LYNN CHASTEEN , Circuit Court Clerk, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60432, or with the representative or both on or before October 9, 2026, any claim not filed within that period is barred.
