IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE ELEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT LIVINGSTON COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF: CHARLES PETER TRAINOR, Deceased No. 2026-PR-23 CLAIM NOTICE NOTICE is given of the death of Charles Peter Trainor. Letters of Administration were issued on March 24, 2026 to Denise Weber, 3291 Jordan Landing Road, Jordan, Arkansas 72519 as Independent Administrator and whose attorney and Illinois representative is Ronald K. Fellheimer, 210 N. Main Street, Pontiac, Illinois 61764. The estate will be administered without court supervision unless under Sec. 28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Comp. Stat. , Ch. 755, Act. 5, par.28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by e-filing a Petition to Terminate with the Livingston County Circuit Clerk, pursuant to instructions founds on the Circuit Clerk's website. Claims against the estate may be e-filed on or before the 7th day of October, 2026 or if by mailing or delivery of a notice to the Independent Administrator as required by Section 8-3 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/18-3) by the date stated in this Notice. Any claim not filed on or before said date is barred. Claims may be e-filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Court, Livingston County Law and Justice Center, 110 N. Main Street, Pontiac, IL 61764 or claims may be filed with the Independent Administrator or to the attorney for the estate, or both. If e-filed with the Clerk, the claimant must, within 10 days, mail or deliver a copy of the claim to the Independent Administrator and to the attorney for the estate and e-file with the Clerk proof of such mailing or delivery.
