DUNCAN, Deceased. 2026PR27 DEATH AND CLAIMS NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Philip D. Duncan. Letters Testamentary were issued March 24, 2026, to Sondra M. Duncan, whose mailing address is 7542 E. 3170 N. County Road, Potomac, IL 61865, as Independent Executor whose attorney of record is Matt C. Deering, Meyer Capel, A Professional Corporation, 306 W. Church St., Champaign, IL 61820. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Probate Division, Vermilion County Courthouse, 201 N. Vermilion St., Danville, IL 61832, or with the executor, or both, within six months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
