FISHER, DECEASED NO. 2026PR10 NOTICE TO HEIRS AND LEGATEES - WILL ADMITTED CLAIM NOTICE AND NOTICE OF INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION Notice is given of the death of Larry E. Fisher. Letters of office were issued to Christine Hadley of 1265 N. 6th St., Princeton, IL 61356 as Independent Executor whose attorneys are Angel, Isaacson & Tracy, 111 Park Avenue East, Princeton, Illinois 61356. Notice is given to Steven Fisher and the descendants per stirpes of Steven Fisher, Sarah Fisher and the descendants per stirpes of Sarah Fisher, and all unknown heirs of Larry E. Fisher and whose names or addresses are not stated in the petition admitting the Will to probate that an order was entered by the court on February 24, 2026 admitting the Will to probate. Within 42 days after the effective date of the original order admitting, you may file a petition with the court to require proof of the Will by testimony of the witnesses to the Will in open court or other evidence, as provided in Section 6-21 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/6-21). Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Independent Executor and to the attorneys within 10 days after it has been filed.
