PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT BUREAU COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN PROBATE ESTATE OF RUTH ANN WRIGHT, Deceased 2026-PR-13 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Ruth Ann Wright. Letters of Office were issued on March 3, 2026, to Kathy Humphreys, 114 West South Street, Princeville, Illinois, 61559, and Kenneth Wright, 2601 Mayflower Drive, Pekin, Illinois, 61554, as Independent Co-Administrators, whose attorneys are Russell, English, Scoma & Beneke, P.C., Ten Park Avenue West, Princeton, Illinois 61356. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk, Bureau County Courthouse, Princeton, Illinois 61356, or with the representative, or both, on or before September 30, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed by that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk are to be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
