ROY, III, Deceased. 2026-PR-53 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of EUGENE H. ROY, III of Rockford, Illi- nois. Letters of Office were issued on March 4, 2026 to RANDY J. GLAZE and NANCY F. GLAZE, as In- dependent Co-Executors whose attorneys are WIL- LIAMS McCARTHY LLP, 120 W. State St., P.O. Box 219, Rockford, IL 61105. The estate will be ad- ministered without court supervision, unless under Section 28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person termi- nates independent adminis- tration at any time by mail- ing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Clerk.
