STATE OF ILLINOIS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 17TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COUNTY OF WINNEBAGO IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF: STEVEN W. MITCHELL, Deceased CASE NO. 2025-PR-270 CLAIM NOTICE NOTICE is given of the death of STEVEN W. MITCHELL. Letters of Office were issued on Sep- tember 25, 2025 to Karen Hanaver, who is the legal representative of the estate. The attorney for the estate is Paul R. Cicero, 6323 E. Riverside Blvd., Rockford, Illinois 61114. Claims against the estate may be filed on or before October 30, 2026, that date being at least six (6) months from the date of the first publication, or within three (3) months from the date of mailing or delivery of Notice to creditors, if mail- ing or delivery is required by Section 18-3 of the Illi- nois Probate Act, 1975 as amended, whichever date is later.
