PUBLIC NOTICE STATE OF ILLINOIS COUNTY OF WILL IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT Estate of GERALDINE PEDERSEN, Deceased CASE # 2025PR000702 Notice is given of the death of Geraldine Pedersen whose address was 1592 W Ludington Cir, Romeoville, IL 60446. Letters of Office were issued on February 11, 2026 to James R. Pederser, 11109 Windsor Drive, Westchester, IL 60514 as: INDEPENDENT EXECUTOR, whose attorney is Marsha H. Celluci. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of Andrea Lynn Chasteen, Circuit Court Clerk, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, or with the representative or both on or before September 7, 2026, any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Circuit Court Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney, if any, within ten (10) days after it has been filed with the Circuit Clerk.
