PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE 19TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT LAKE COUNTY ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Kevin E. Appleton, DECEASED, 2025 PR 699 Notice is given to credi- tors of the death of the above named decedent. Letters of office were issued to Malik Appleton, 34182 N. Wineberry Ln. Round Lake, IL 60073, as Independent Executor, whose attorney of record is Francis L. Murray, Murray & Regan Law, 20624 Abbey Woods Ct. N #200, Frankfort, IL 60423. The estate will be admin- istered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any interested person terminates inde- pendent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk.
