Letters of Office were issued on March 30, 2026, to RICHARD RAY, of 5707 Harold Way, Apt 22, Los Angeles, California, whose attorneys are Churchill, Quinn, Hamilton & Van Donselaar, Ltd., 2 S. Whitney St., Grayslake, IL 60030. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Probate Division, 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, Illinois 60085, or with the representative, or both, on or before October 2, 2026, which date is not less than six months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed.
