Letters of office were issued on February 19, 2026, to Sue Maltzahn, 10050 82nd Street, Semi- nole, FL 33777, whose attorney is Tamara A. Marshall, Kelleher + Holland, LLC, 102 S. Wynstone Park Drive, North Barrington, IL 60010. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or with representa- tive, or both, on or before September 9, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
