NO. 26-PR-6 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of KENTON R. AUGENSTEIN, of 2370 E. 750 N. Road, Strasburg, Illinois. Letters of office were issued on February 11, 2026 to KATHY LYN FROST, of 2372 E. 750 N. Road, Strasburg, Illinois 62465, and to BRADLEY RAY AUGENSTEIN, of 736 N. 2325 E. Road, Strasburg, Illinois 62465, whose attorney is JOHN V. FREEMAN of 220 North Morgan Street, Shelbyville, Illinois 62565. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Shelby County Courthouse, East Main Street, Shelbyville, Illinois 62565, or with the representative, or both, within six (6) months from the date of first publication. Any claim not filed within six months from the date of first publication or claims not filed within three months from the date of mailing or delivery of Notice To Creditor, whichever is later, shall be barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed to or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed. Furthermore, the claimant shall file with the Court proof of any required mailed or delivery of copies.
