Brown, Deceased Case No. 2026 PR 000016 NOTICE TO CREDITORS Notice is given of the death of Matthew L. Brown, who died on January 10, 2026, whose place of residence at the time of death was 1720 Fulton Lane, Sycamore, IL 60178. Letters Testamentary were issued on February 19, 2026, to Amanda R. Brown, of 1720 Fulton Lane, Sycamore, IL 60178, whose attorney is Jill M. Tritt, of Brown Law Group, LLC, 301 E. Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, Illinois 60115. Claims against the estate may be filed on or before August 21, 2026. Claims against the estate may be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, 133 W. State St., Sycamore, Illinois 60178, or with the representative, or both. Any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed. The estate will be administered without Court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
