CC 2026PR18 NOTICE is given to creditors of the death of THOMAS R. MURPHY on February 23, 2026. Letters of Office were issued by the above-entitled Court to MARY C. MURPHY, of 17574 Kentville Road, Tiskilwa, Illinois 61368, as Executor, whose attorneys of record are WHITNEY & POTTS, LTD., 118 West Main Street, P. O. Box 368, Elmwood, Illinois, 61529-0368. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Circuit Clerk's Office, Bureau County Courthouse, Princeton, Illinois, or with the representative or both on or before the 16th day of October, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a Notice from the representative is required by Sec. 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that Notice. Every claim filed must be in writing and state sufficient information to notify the representative of the nature of the claim or other relief sought. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed and the claimant shall file with the Court, proof of any required mailing or delivery of copies.
