Notice is given of the death of Ery M. Bentley, of Lake Villa, Illinois.  Letters of office were issued on April 20, 2026, to Benjamin A. Urban, N91W27474 Red Fox Run, Hartland, WI 53029, whose attorneys are LESSER, LUTREY, PASQUESI & HOWE, LLP, 191 E. Deerpath, Ste. 300, Lake Forest, IL 60045.
                         CLAIMS NOTICE
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, Illinois 60085, or with the representative, or both, on or before May 6, 2026, which date is not less than 2 years from the date of death of Ery M. Bentley and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed.
