IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 18TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT DUPAGE COUNTY, 505 NORTH COUNTY FARM ROAD, WHEATON, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Thomas Kircher, DECEASED. 25 PR 950 Notice is given to creditors of the death of the above named dece- dent. Letters of office were issued to Michelle Aupke, 1106 East 14th Street, Lombard, Illinois 60148, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney of record is Oana L. Militaru, Buchalter LLP, 180 North La Salle Street, Suite 2300, Chicago, Illinois 60601. The estate will be admin- istered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any inter- ested person terminates independent administra- tion at any time by mail- ing or delivering a peti- tion to terminate to the clerk. Claims against the estate may be filed with the clerk or with the representative, or both, on or before October 9, 2026, or, if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representa
