Letters of office were issued on July 27, 2025, to David J Bicanic: 1706 11th Street, Winthrop Harbor, IL 60096, whose attorney is Stella Day, Johnston Tomei Lenczycki & Gold- berg, LLC, 350 N. Milwau- kee Ave., Ste. 202, Liber- tyville, IL 60048. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or with representa- tive, or both, on or before October 28, 2026, which date is not fess than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
