PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF John F. Shaw Deceased GEN NO. 2025PR00000744 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of John F. Shaw, of Fox Lake IL. Letters of office were issued on April 7, 2026, to David L. Shaw, 8514 Acorn Path, Wonder Lake, IL 60097 whose attorney is Donald C. Stinespring & Assoc., PO Box 382, Richmond, IL 60071. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or with representative, or both, on or before October 16, 2026 which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed.
