MI 48187 whose attorney is: RUPP & YOUMAN 4306 W CRYSTAL LAKE RD STE F MCHENRY, IL 60050 Claims against the estate may be filed within six months from the date of first publication. Any claim not filed within six months from the date of first publication or claims not filed within three months from the date of mailing or delivery of Notice to Creditor whichever is later, shall be barred. Notice is given of the death of CHARLES R NICHOLS JR pursuant to 755 ILCS 5/9-5 as to notice to unknown and/or missing heirs.
