PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE 22ND JUDICIAL CIRCUIT MCHENRY COUNTY, 2200 N. SEMINARY AVENUE, WOODSTOCK, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF JAMES G. STACK, DECEASED, 2026PR000060 Notice is given to credi- tors of the death of the above named decedent. Letters of Office as Inde- pendent Executor with Will Annexed were issued on April 8, 2026 to Rick Blume on behalf of the Midwest Trust Company, 101 South Hanley, Suite 1075, Clayton, MO 63105 as Independent Executor with Will Annexed, whose attorney of record is Matthew R. Hess, Hess Law Firm, LLC, 1315 Macom Drive, Suite 202, Naperville, Illinois 60564. The estate will be admin- istered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act Ill.
