PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Filing of Evidence Pertaining to Reconciliation of Purchased Gas Adjustment Charges To patrons of Liberty Utilities (Midstates Natural Gas) Corp. d/b/a Liberty Utilities (the “Company”) The Company hereby gives notice to the public that it has filed with the Illinois Commerce Commission pre-filed testimony and exhibits setting forth a reconciliation of the revenues collected under Rider PGA contained in the Company's tariffs for gas service with the actual cost of gas purchased for the calendar year 2025 throughout its service area in Illinois. A copy of the evidence may be inspected by any party at any business office of the Company in Illinois. Customers should be advised that the Commission may alter or amend the reconciliation set forth in the evidence provided by the Company after hearings held pursuant to 83 Ill. Adm. Code 200. All parties interested in this matter may obtain information with respect thereto either directly from the Company or by addressing the Chief Clerk of the Illinois Commerce Commission 527 East Capitol Avenue, Springfield, Illinois 62706.
