NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Addison will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. in the Village Board Room of the Addison Municipal Building, located at 1 Friendship Plaza, Addison, Illinois, to hear the following proposal: File #PZ-26-01: The petitioner requests consideration of hearing testimony regarding an Annexation and Rezoning of the parcel known as 03-21-401-008 to R3D Multiple Family Residence, Rezoning of the parcel known as 03-21-401-005 from R1 Single Family to R3D Multiple Family Residence, a Plat of Resubdivision titled Addison Treatment Plant Plat of Consolidation, a Special Use for Planned Development consisting of a treatment plant and related utility and public service buildings with exceptions, and variations to allow a 45’ building height, and a 40’ setback from the south prop- erty line.
