Public Notice Antioch, IL – In accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board (“HFSRB”) notice is given that the Fresenius Medical Care of Antioch dialysis facility, located at 311 Depot Street, Antioch, Illinois, proposes to discontinue its hemodialysis treatment center by April 30, 2026, subject to and after approval by HFSRB.
