VILLAGE OF BANNOCKBURN LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE VILLAGE OF BANNOCKBURN PLAN COMMISSION & ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 6, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals (“PCZBA”) of the Village of Bannockburn, Lake County, Illinois, at the Bannockburn Village Hall, 2275 Telegraph Road, Bannockburn, IL 60015, for the purpose of hearing and considering testimony with respect to proposed Zoning Code text amendments, amendments to existing special use permits, grant of new special use permits, variations, and any other zoning relief necessary in connection with Signage for a Starbucks Restaurant Use with a Drive-Through at the property commonly known as the Bannockburn Green Retail Center and legally described as follows: Lots 1 through 6, inclusive, in the Bannockburn Green Subdivision, being a subdivision in the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Lake County, Illinois. Commonly known as 1211 Half Day Road, 2501 Waukegan Road, 2503 Waukegan Road, 2515 Waukegan Road, 2587 Waukegan Road, and 2595 Waukegan Road, Bannockburn, Illinois.
