Listed below is a signiﬁcant industrial wastewater
discharge violator with violation requirements of
Section 9-3-12 of the Bloomingdale Code of Ordinances
which occurred from January 2025 through December
2025.

CADREX MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS
ADDRESS:
333 MUNROE DRIVE, BLOOMINGDALE, IL 60108
VIOLATION:
Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions did not meet the
compliance requirements of their wastewater
discharge permit for pollutant discharge for the above
referenced timeframe.
