NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of The Bloomington and Normal Water Reclamation District, located In the County of McLean and State of Illinois, that a tentative Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for said Bloomington and Normal Water Reclamation District for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2026 and ending April 30,2027 is now on file and conveniently available for public inspection at the Office of the Bloomington and Normal Water Reclamation District, 2015 West Oakland Avenue, Bloomington, Illinois. Notice is further hereby given that a public hearing as to such Budget and Appropriation Ordinance will be held at 3:45 P.M. on the 18 th day of May 2026, at the Bloomington and Normal Water Reclamation District, Bloomington, Illinois, at which time and place final action will be taken on said Ordinance.
