IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF JOHN R. CRAIG, OWNER, FOR AN AMENDMENT OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF BULL VALLEY, McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Bull Valley, a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals, Plan Commission in connection with this application for a variation which would result in a variation to Sections 5.4-2(o) of the Bull Valley Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a barn in the backyard which will result in exceeding the 5% maximum limit for total impervious surface coverage on a zoning lot. The common street address for the subject property is: 412 Blackberry Drive, Bull Valley, Illinois 60098 and the property is located in Dorr Township and is approximately 0.1 miles north of Bull Valley Road and Blackberry Drive intersection.
