NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE THE CARY BOARD OF ZONING, PLANNING AND APPEALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at the hour of 6:00 PM, there will be a public hearing before the Cary Board of Zoning, Planning and Appeals concerning the following: CASE NO. 26-ZPA-02-002 COMMONLY KNOWN AS:422 Krenz Avenue PIN#: 19-13-202-001 through 19-13-202-003, 19-11-130-001, 19-12-337-006, and 19-12-377-021 PETITIONER: JM Developers, LLC Attn: Michael Poulakidas 346 N. Lake Street Aurora, IL 60506 OWNER: Village of Cary Attn: Erik Morimoto 755 Georgetown Drive Cary, IL 60013 NATURE OF REQUEST: Petitioner is seeking approval of a Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone from R-2 Single-Family Residential to PO Park and Open Space and B-1 Central Business District PUD), a residential Planned Development Containing Departures from the Unified Development Ordinance, and any other relief from the Unified Development Ordinance as may be required for the Cary Station development project (a redevelopment of the former Maplewood School property). This is not a “notice to appear.” Copies of the Pe-tition and Supporting Doc-uments are on file with the Village and are available to be viewed by calling (847) 639-1100.
