NOTICE OF ANNUAL TOWN MEETING OF PENN TOWNSHIP Annual Town Meeting Notice is hereby given to the legal residents of the Township of Penn in the County of Stark and State of Illinois, that the Annual Meeting of said Township will take place on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 being the second Tuesday of said month at the hour of 6:30 o'clock p.m. at the Township meeting room, Castleton, Illinois for the transaction of miscellaneous business of said Town and a moderator having been elected, will proceed to hear and consider reports of officers and decide on such measures as may, in pursuance of law, come before the meeting.
