NOTICE OF THE BOARD OF REVIEW OF COOK COUNTY OF THE TIME AND
PLACE FOR FILING VALUATION COMPLAINTS (ASSESSMENT APPEALS)
RELATING TO 2025 REAL ESTATE ASSESSMENTS
Notice is hereby given that during the period MAY 4, 2026, THROUGH JUNE 2, 2026, the Board of Review of Cook County will accept the filing of valuation complaints (assessment appeals) for
ALL RAILROADS AND ALL NON-CARRIER PARCELS IN ALL TOWNS AND TOWNSHIPS OF COOK COUNTY
for the revisions and corrections of the 2025 Real Estate Assessments.
All complaints will be considered by the Board in Room 601 of the County Building, 118 North Clark Street, Chicago Illinois, in accordance with the laws of Illinois, under the provisions of the Illinois Property Tax Code (formerly the Revenue Act of 1939), as amended.
