LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance of the Mason Township Park District, Effingham County, Illinois, is available for public inspection at the Park District Building at 710 Indiana Street, Edgewood, Illinois. Notice is further given that a public hearing will be held as to said Budget and Appropriation Ordinance on May 19, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Park District Building, 710 Indiana Street, Edgewood, Illinois; and, that final action will be taken by the Commissioners of the District at a meeting to be held at the Park District Building at the conclusion of the public hearing on May 19, 2026.
