LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on the following matter before the Village of Frankfort Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals on May 14, at 6:30 p.m., in the Board Room of the Frankfort Village Hall, 432 W. Nebraska Street, Frankfort, Illinois, 60423. Joji Tirumalareddy, representing Tulips Chicago LLC, doing business as CORO, and Medha Teja, LLC – Frankfort, the property owner, has filed an application requesting (1) a Major Change to Lot 24 in the Brookside Commons Office Centre Planned Unit Development for changes to the building exterior including any necessary modifications to Village of Frankfort Zoning Ordinance and Municipal Code requirements; (2) a Special Use Permit for a Full-Service Restaurant with liquor sales; (3) a Special Use Permit for Outdoor Seating associated with a permitted restaurant; and (4) a Special Use Permit for a drive-up service window associated with a permitted use, in the B-4 Office District, for the property located at 10211 W.
