LEGAL NOTICE STEPHENSON COUNTY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF HEARING Take notice that on the 14th day of May 2026, at 6:30 p.m. the Zoning Board of Appeals in and for Stephenson County shall conduct a public hearing in Courtroom #5, 15 N. Galena Ave., Free-port, Illinois, to determine whether Code Amendment to Chapter 400 Article IV Subsection 400-23.10 Fen-ces shall be approved. At which time all interested parties may appear and be heard pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Board of Appeals and the statutes of Illinois.
