PUBLIC NOTICE Public Notice is hereby given that the Village of Harmon will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at the Harmon Village Hall, 202 E. Main Street, Harmon, IL 61042 for the purpose of discussing the proposed water system improvements which include the construction of a new well, water treatment plant improvements, lead and galvanized requiring replacement water service line replacements, and a new elevated water storage tank in the Village. The Project Summary and Preliminary Environmental Impacts Determination, developed by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, and the Project Plan report, developed by the Village of Harmon, will also be discussed and are on file at the Village Hall for public inspection. Public comments and participation are encouraged, and anyone interested in this project is invited to attend. Comments will be received for a period of 10 days after the public hearing and may be made orally at the public hearing or in writing to Mr. Dave Esquivel, Village of Harmon, P.O.
