NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ANNEXATION & PRE-ANNEXATION AGREEMENT Board of Trustees, Village of Hopkins Park, IL On May 07, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Hopkins Park, for the purpose of considering and hearing testimony as to an ordinance authorizing the execution of a pre-annexation agreement, in regard to annexation to the Village of Hopkins Park, Illinois, of a parcel property located at, parcel # 10-20-30-300-048 And legally described as follows. ILLINOIS FARMS SUB LOT 21,61 & 62 30-30-10W PIN# 10-20-30-300-048 In Kankakee County, Illinois. It is proposed that the subject property be pre-annexed in accordance with the annexation & pre-annexation agreement at such time as the property becomes contiguous with the boundaries of the Village of Hopkins Park. The proposed pre-annexation agreement and annexations on file with the Village Clerk. You are further notified that the proposed pre-annexation agreement and annexation may be changed altered, mortified, amended or redrafted in its entirety after public hearing. All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
