PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS OF THE VILLAGE OF HUNTLEY IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF Arkadiusz Jarog11007 N Church StreetHuntley, IL 60142 LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Huntley, Illinois, that a public hearing will be held before the Huntley Zoning Board of Appeals upon the application of Arkadiusz Jarog relating to the real estate commonly known as 11007 N Church Street, Huntley, IL; PIN: 18-28-379-007 The request is filed in connection with a Simplified Residential Variation appli-cation to construct a second-story building add-ition and related architectural alter-ations, which may include porches, balconies, and awnings, within the designated front (east) and side (north) setbacks of the single-family residence. The proposed building addition will be constructed atop the existing foundation on the north side of the home, approximately 1.6' from the north property line and 24.75' from the east property line. The property is zoned "R-2" Single Family Residence District. A Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Village Board Room, 10987 Main Street, Huntley, IL 60142, at which time and place any person deter-mining to be heard may be present.
