Legal notice Notice is hereby given that on May 11th at 9:00 AM Central Standard Time a public hearing will be held by the Morgan County Board in the Morgan County Commissioner's Oøce of Morgan County, Illinois located at 300 West State Street, Jacksonville, IL 62650 to review a proposed Commercial Solar Energy Facility, SG Chapin PV, LLC, to be located on property at Neelyville Road, Chapin, IL, 62628, described as: Thirty-two (32) acres où of the east side of that part of the west half (W 1/2) of the northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of section nine (9) lying south of the right of way of the Wabash railroad; and all that part of the east half (E 1/2) of the northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of section nine (9) lying south of the right of way of the Wabash railroad and lying west of the public road which runs south from the town of Morgan city; all lying and being in township fifteen (15) north and range twelve (12) west of the third principal meridian, Morgan County, Illinois. The hearing will be held by the Morgan County Board to consider a request by SG Chapin PV, LLC for a Siting Approval Permit for the development of an approximately 24-acre, 4.95 MW AC, ground-mounted, Community Solar Array.
