PUBLIC NOTICE FY2026 HOUSING AUTHORITY OF JOLIET'S MOVING TO WORK (MTW)  ANNUAL AGENCY PLAN PUBLIC NOTICE The Housing Authority of the Joliet's 2026 draft Annual MTW Agency Plan will be available for review and public comment beginning February 20th, 2026. The Housing Authority of Joliet (HAJ) is a Moving to Work (MTW) Agency under the landlord incentives cohort. Our goal will be to implement various financial and administrative incentives to attract new landlords and retain current landlords in the Housing Choice Voucher Program, in addition, we will streamline our processes to better serve our clients. During the public comment period, residents, program participants, and members of the general public are invited to participate in a public meeting and to review the Annual MTW Agency Plan. Written comments will be accepted via email at tinap@hajoliet.org or in the public drop box at the address listed below until 4:00pm, April 9th, 2026. The draft MTW Annual Agency Plan will be available at: HAJ Administrative Office – 6 S Broadway Street, Joliet IL 60436 or by emailing tinap@hajoliet.org.
