Notice of Public Meeting Attention Parents of Students within District 65 who are Homeschooled or attend Private and/or Parochial Schools: On Monday, March 16th, 2026 at 2:00pm, a virtual meeting will be conducted by Lake Bluff School District 65(grades kindergarten through 8th grade) via Webex. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss District 65's plans for providing special education services to students with disabilities who attend private schools and/or who are home schooled within the district for the 2026-2027 school year. Title 1, Title II and Title IV proportionate share for private school/homeschool students will also be discussed. If you are a parent of a homeschooled student who has been or may be identified with a disability and you reside within the boundaries of Lake Bluff School District 65, you are encouraged to attend. Please contact Kaitlyn Stabenow at kstabenow@lb65. org to be added to the meeting. Each public school district is responsible to locate, identify, and evaluate all school children with disabilities residing in the jurisdiction of the public school district. This applies to all students attending public or private schools.
