NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Attention Parents of Students within District 67 who are home-schooled or who attend Private and/or Parochial Schools: On May 6, 2026, Lake Forest Elementary District 67 will hold their Every Students Succeed ACT (ESSA) Timely and Meaningful Consultation (TMC) at 8:30 am. The meeting will be held virtually via Google Meets. Please contact Dr. Jenny Sterpin at 847-582-7766 or jsterpin@lfschools.net to receive the Google link if you choose to attend. Students in your school may be eligible for services under Title I, II, and/or IV of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). Nonpublic school students and teachers may receive benefits, services, and materials from these programs if they qualify. Nonpublic schools do not receive direct funding from these programs. The purpose of this meeting will be to explain the goals of (ESSA) Title I, II, III and IV programs, its requirements, services, and benefits. During the meeting, we will collaborate with eligible private schools to determine participation in Title I, II and IV equitable services for their students, families and teachers and their allocation.
