VILLAGE OF LAKE ZURICH NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons that the Village of Lake Zurich Planning & Zoning Commission shall conduct a public meeting on March 18, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Board Room of the Lake Zurich Village Hall, 70 East Main Street, Lake Zurich, Illinois for the purpose of considering a zoning applica- tion filed with the Village requesting approval for a Final Plan as part of a Planned Unit Development (PUD), for a multiple-family residential project, at the property whose common street address and prop- erty index numbers (PIN) are stated below. A copy of the application and the Zoning Code are on file with, and available for public inspection during regular Village business hours in the Lake Zurich Community Services Department.
