VILLAGE OF LAKE ZURICH NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons that the Village of Lake Zurich Planning & Zoning Commission shall conduct a public hearing on March 18, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Board Room of the Lake Zurich Village Hall, 70 East Main Street, Lake Zurich, Illinois for the purpose of considering a zoning applica- tion filed with the Village requesting approval for a Variation to allow for the construction of a detached garage, of up to 2,500 square feet, within the rear yard at the property located within the R-5 single-family residential district, whose common street address and property index numbers (PIN) are stated below. A copy of the application and the Zoning Code are on file with, and available for public inspection during regu- lar Village business hours in the Lake Zurich Commu- nity Services Department.
