	Public
	notice is hereby given to all persons in the County of LaSalle,
	State of Illinois, that a public hearing will be held, by the
	LaSalle County Zoning Board of Appeals, on April 15, 2026 at 5:00
	P.M. at the LaSalle County Governmental Complex, 707 E. Etna Road,
	Room 250, Ottawa, Illinois.  The owner/applicant, Brian Eitutis is
	requesting a Special Use to operate a home occupation in an
	accessory building, located in the A-1 Agriculture Zoning District,
	and legally described as follows:

	of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 34
	North, Range 1 East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as
	follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the West Half of the

	minutes 00 seconds West 551.50 feet to the South right of way line
	of said County Highway 33; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 34
	seconds East 395.47 feet along said South right of way line to the
	Point of Beginning, situated in LaSalle County, Illinois
